This is a KDE 4 Splash screen, not a bootspalsh, usplash, xsplash screen!
You can install this at:
System settings->Apeearance->Splash (if I remeber correctly, because I use the system in hungarian language until nowadays :D )

Have KDE version, but only will see usplash .so files. How do you install this?
