I have created this theme modifying the Abhinav Hardikar's theme "Windows 7 clone 1.5".

Combined effort by ZwS and myself. He created the extra ICE Icons and heavily modified my original background design. I finished it all up after that doing the final cleanup work. This theme is Inspired by the ICE icons and Mist Gtk2 Theme
