Another version of NewUbuntuOrb for the top panel.

This is a modification of dark candy 2.2 theme.Dark Candy is the best menu I've tried, but the buttons were in a wrong pocición .I've changed all the main buttons pocicion, keeping them near the start button.The image highlights the change.

This one keeps the glare on top when placed in the top panel.
